Who can use a Virtual Office service?
Anyone can use a virtual office – we have a range of companies who work with us, from small businesses to limited partnerships.
Why should I have a Virtual Office?
A virtual address provides your business with a physical address that your mail can be sent to – one which differs from your personal home address, helping maintain your privacy and keeps things professional.
Can my Virtual Office be used as a trading address?
No. A trading address must be where the activities of the business are carried out. You can use your Virtual Office address as your ‘Registered Business Address’.
Can I have my post sent to me electronically?
Whilst you don’t have to do this, most of our Virtual Office customer choose to have this option added to their plans, it means no rushing to collect important letters in person and mail is forwarded securely via email the same day they arrive. As standard we will notify you via email when a letter has arrived and been put into your mailbox.
How many letters can I have delivered?
Our standard plan includes up to 15 letters per month, if you need more, that’s no problem, simply choose the option to add more either when setting up your virtual office or add on at a later date!
When can I collect my mail?
You are welcome to stop by anytime during business hours, we’re open Monday to Friday between 9am – 5.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays. You will be given a key so no need to check in with the team (although we are always up for a chat!), just simply head to your box and grab your mail.
Can I have parcels delivered to my Virtual Office?
We accept letterbox parcels with our ‘Standard’ plans, however, if you require larger parcels, you can always choose to add this service as well. With this add on you will be allocated a larger mailbox than our regular sized ones.
How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel the service?
Whilst we never like saying goodbye to our members, we understand your business needs can change. To stop your membership you would need to give us a months’ notice in writing via email. Our plans run on a 3 monthly contract, so there’s lots of flexibility.
